My Home Inspection Services
My services include phase inspections when building, pre-listing inspections to ensure you won’t encounter any issues when the buyer hires their inspector, and inspections for when you buy. I am a certified pool operator and inspector. I am certified to inspect irrigation systems as well. I also do consulting. My goal is not only to do a thorough inspection, but I want to educate my clients. If they need to hire a licensed professional (electrician, plumber, etc.), I want them to know what questions to ask, and what they need to get the job done correctly in order to avoid issues in the future. I work with my clients through the entire process. I do not simply show up, inspect, and send a report. My report turnaround time is within 24 hours. I can produce it earlier if circumstances require it. If, for some reason, there is a system in the house I cannot inspect at the time of the inspection, like a roof due to weather, I will come back and inspect it free of charge.
